                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   CONTRACT WITH CLM ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, 
                   INC., RELATIVE TO A STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING 
                   ANALYSIS OF BUILDINGS IN THE 1200 BLOCK OF 
                   MARKET STREET OWNED BY THE CHATTANOOGA 
                   HOUSING AUTHORITY AS THE CITY'S URBAN 
                   RENEWAL AGENT, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF SIX 
                   THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE DOLLARS 
                   ($6,155.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to contract with 
       CLM Engineering Associates, Inc., relative to a structural 
       engineering analysis of buildings in the 1200 block of Market 
       Street owned by the Chattanooga Housing Authority as the City's 
       urban renewal agent, for a consideration of $6,155.00.
